The beauty of Alana De La Garza is awe-inspiring on the screens of small sizes. In the year 1976, De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. Soon enough she was relocating to Texas in search of a physical therapy career in the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles in local independent film as well as international commercials. In spite of the minor roles, she discovered acting as her true passion. Then she moved from the Midwest to New York. Her first role was on the soap-opera All My Children. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her the Impact Award, which is presented to outstanding performers in a drama TV show. De La Garza was then chosen as a recurring character on CSI Miami. She played Marisol Deko and was also the wife to David Caruso's character Horatio. Her most recent appearance on TV was on the character Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's somewhat darker drama Do No Harm. Alyssa Milano was cancelled by NBC in the first two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She has a nationality of Italian and has a 10 year old younger brother named Cory. Her family was a very strict and spiritual one. Milano was just seven years older when her babysitter took Milano to an audition. Four of the four girls chosen from over 1,000 applicants were chosen by Milano. Milano appeared in TV commercials and off Broadway shows, including the American first adaptation musical to Jane Eyre.
